Karen has been a valued Teaching Assistant at Bute House since 2011, supporting pupils and colleagues with exceptional care, dedication and warmth throughout her time at the school. Karen has played an important role in the daily life of the classroom, helping to nurture and guide countless girls with patience and encouragement. Her commitment to supporting learning and her positive, calm presence have made her a much-loved member of the community. As Karen retires, we thank her for her many years of service and the lasting impact she has made on both pupils and staff, and we wish her every happiness in this next chapter.
